Dance in the rain and twinkle (wersja 2)

Verse

Water dripping down my chin, water on my shoe

I'm shaking all my feathers out, letting the rain wash me through

The storm outside is loud and grey

But in here we dance and play

Ribbons floating in the air, sparks of blue behind my eyes

Rainy day magic, it never dies

Sweep your hands across the floor

Feel the drops fall soft and low once more

Twirl around with open arms

Catch a drop before it slips away from us

Chorus

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Feet bare on the dripping floor

Water turning into diamonds, we move some more

Rustle of my dress, rustle of your hair

In this puddle world we play like nobody's there

Hold a leaf above our heads

Catching every single drop that falls

Rainy day laughter rising up the walls

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Spin around until we shine

Verse

Puddle on my lap, water on my back

But I don't need a mirror to find the spark

The world outside is dark and blue

But in here our smiles are brand new

Bubbles floating upwards slow

Rainy day wonderland below

Shoes off, socks rolled down so high

Feet bare, dancing through the grey and sky

Chorus

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Feet bare on the dripping floor

Water turning into diamonds, we move some more

Rustle of my dress, rustle of your hair

In this puddle world we play like nobody's there

Hold a leaf above our heads

Catching every single drop that falls

Rainy day laughter rising up the walls

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Spin around until we shine

Bridge

Sometimes when the sun goes down

We don't need a rainbow found

Just the way the water falls on me

Making magic wild and free

So let's keep dancing, let it go

Rustle rustle like a thousand bells in tow

Chorus

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Feet bare on the dripping floor

Water turning into diamonds, we move some more

Rustle of my dress, rustle of your hair

In this puddle world we play like nobody's there

Hold a leaf above our heads

Catching every single drop that falls

Rainy day laughter rising up the walls

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Spin around until we shine

Outro

Twirl one more, splash one last time

In this puddle world, I am mine

Dance in the rain and twinkle

Sparks will stay with me till morning light
